ClearCare provides informational explanations of insurance documents only. We are not licensed insurance brokers and do not provide insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice. Always verify coverage details directly with your insurance carrier before making medical or financial decisions.

4. Accuracy of AI Analysis

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated explanations may contain errors. Always confirm important coverage details with your insurance provider directly. ClearCare is not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload documents you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer our service, or use ClearCare for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClearCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
